NYC Marathon

Today was the New York City Marathon. A friend is running in this and I'm anxiously awaiting news of how it went.

Wish I could report that Papa and I are on track with training but, alas, we are not. We have been struggling with health related issues that are sidelining our efforts.  At least mentally we're aware of the need.

We did errands today on bike. Not exactly the amount of activity we need. Will this week be the week that we find the relief we need in other areas of life that we can finally focus on training? Hopefully!!
