It was a beautiful afternoon on the lake with our granddaughter. The Dolly on Canyon Lake is wonderful. First, Apache Trail is an adventure. The curves through the mountains are so scenic. The weather was absolutely perfect: blue skies with picturesque white clouds, slight breeze to cool but not create choppy waters, and warm sunshine.
Second, the boat crew was pleasant. The narrator was understandable and noted wildlife along the shore. It was very pleasant and relaxing. And that's saying something when a pre-teen is enjoying the excursion, too! Canyon Lake is beautiful. Now I'm intrigued to kayak here sometime.
